The Senior Broadcast Liaison Officer (SBLO) is responsible for his/her team of BLOs. He/she is responsible for the overall management of unilateral activities at the stadium. The SBLO work closely with the Broadcast Information Manager (BIM) on-site who will receive booking requests from the IBC. The SBLO will then supervise the bookings relayed by the BIM. The SBLO coordinates unilateral services that require either an interface with FIFA or any other very high level of interface.
At the venue, the SBLO reports to the BVM (Broadcast Venue Manager) for direct match activities. However, for overall management or coordination he/she reports to the Head of Information and Liaison at the IBC.
